One of the largest Multi Shops will measure about 40,000 m² and will be located in Zywiec (Slaskie voivodship) on a 10 ha plot. Meanwhile, the developer is already building its first 20,500 m² project in Wojtowka near Sochaczew (Mazowieckie). Others will be located in Bochnia (Malopolskie), Brzesko (Malopolskie), Ciechanow (Mazowieckie), Ilawa (Warminsko-Mazurskie), Jelenia Gora (Dolnoslaskie), Mlawa (Mazowieckie), Sieradz (Lodzkie), Skawina (Malopolskie), Wrzesnia (Wielkopolskie) and Wyszkow (Mazowieckie).

The Multi Shops will be built on the outskirts of regionally significant cities located near existing or planned transport nodes. The average retail park is to be within the reach of 150,000-200,000 inhabitants in a few communes.

Each of the Multi Shops will house a grocery hypermarket and a DIY store. In Wojtowka, those will be Tesco and Obi, respectively, while McKinlay is also negotiating with retailers like Auchan, Selgros and Castorama.
McKinlay Development is in the portfolio of Craig Thomas McKinlay from Great Britain, who is also the developer’s CEO.
