| Belarus increased agricultural products output by 5.3% |

The FINANCIAL -- During January-February period of 2010, all varieties of agricultural economies in Belarus increased output of agricultural products by 5.3% compared to the same period of the previous year, to the sum of 2.22 trn. BYR (757.52 mln USD) in the current prices, declared the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus (Belstat).
According to data of Belstat, in January-February period of 2010, the production volumes of agricultural organizations and farming enterprises grew by 6.9% compared to the same period of 2009. At the same time, economies of the population decreased the output by 4.9%.
