The FINANCIAL -- During the reporting week a lot of exporters of Ukrainian wheat flour continued noticing that the Customs Authorities still refuse to draw the necessary documents for permission of flour exports without the necessary realization of the special expertise of flour products.

"One of the exporters noted that when flour is loaded to the rail cars or containers, representatives of the Customs Service take samples of the loaded cargo lot, seal the received sample and the exporter has to take it by himself to the Kiev scientific research institute of judicial investigation. Then the exporter has to wait for the decision of a commission of experts, which may take nearly 30 days," Agri Market informed.

Due to such innovations, a lot of sellers abandon from exporting their flour products, despite rather high demand from the side of flour importers.
