The FINANCIAL (via finchannel.com) ProCredit Bank Georgia said it has started constructing its new head office building.The 12 000 sq.m. facility, to be completed by 2011, will house all ProCredit employees from the bank's current head office on Agmashenebeli Avenue, as well as those, who will join ProCredit team in coming years. Located on Al. Kazbegi Avenue, Saburtalo district, the new building will be easily accessible for the clients, partners and the employees of the bank.

The new building will effectively serve three functions: head office, training centre and new central branch of the bank. Equipped with modern building technologies, rooms for conferences, meetings and trainings will allow all functions and activities of the bank to be conducted with maximum efficiency. The spacious, seven-storey building, featuring an atrium with a glass roof, will create a calm, fresh and welcoming atmosphere. Its modern design will make the building a landmark of the district. A small park adjacent to the building will add to the pleasant working environment.

Project Description

ProCredit Bank's new head office on Al. Kazbegi Avenue will be a modern building, equipped and furnished to meet high-level service expectations of its clients and partners, as well as working and training needs of its employees. The total value of the project is estimated at up to USD 20 million. The bank building will serve three functions: head office, training centre and new central branch.

The area of the building will be approximately 12,000 sq.m. and will be
arranged as follows:
"Underground level – car parking;
"1st and 2nd floors – central branch, conference and training rooms, cafeteria;
"3rd to 6th floors – head office area with meeting rooms;
"7th floor – training centre.

The hall, elevators and open stairs will be located in the middle of the building, the atrium. The modern architectural design of the building foresees that it will have a glass roof and inner walls of glass, providing daylight and easy communication. The building is intended for 500 working places, plus training facilities for over 100 people. The park adjoining the head office building will create a little oasis in the district, making the working atmosphere even more pleasant. The project is expected to be completed by 2011.
