The FINANCIAL -- The Cabinet of Ministers is eyeing the possibility of appointment of Verkhovna Rada deputy of the Party of Regions faction Mykhailo Papiev as the chairman of the Pension Fund, vice prime minister for economy Serhii Tihipko said.
He said that the government is eyeing such possibility; however, the final decision has not been taken.
Besides, Tihipko called for preservation of Oleksandra Kuzhel as the head of the State committee for regulatory policy and entrepreneurship.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, on March 11, President Viktor Yanukovych appointed 12 free-lance advisors of president, including Mykhailo Papiev.
The Party of Regions, Communist Party, Lytvyn Bloc and out-faction deputies created the coalition with 235 votes.
