The FINANCIAL -- According to the current data of the polling, realized by experts of APK-Inform Agency within the bounds of the multi-client study “Ukraine: sowing campaign-2010.
Forecast of harvests of main agricultural crops in Ukraine in 2010”, nearly one half of the questioned agrarians of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (Ukraine) plans to reduce volumes of application of mineral fertilizers for the sowing campaign of spring crops.
According to agricultural producers, first of all, the deficit of financial resources for purchasing of mineral fertilizers causes the reduction of volumes of imposed mineral fertilizers. In single cases, we received information about the complete cancellation of fertilizer usage in several agricultural enterprises, due to the high prices for such commodities. At the same t time, the enterprises, which have sufficient reserves of mineral fertilizers, plan to provide additional fertilizing of winter crops and apply fertilizers to the soil for the mass spring sowing campaign in full measure.
