| Fitch Upgrades Ukraine's Ratings Outlook From Negative To Stable |

The FINANCIAL -- The Fitch international rating agency has upgraded the outlook of ratings of Ukraine from Negative to Stable, the agency said.
At the same time, the agency affirmed the long-term default rating of Ukraine on obligations in foreign and local currencies at B- and short-term rating on obligations in foreign currency at B.
The country ceiling is affirmed at the level of B-.
The changes in the position of the agency are linked to reduction of political risks and stabilization of political situation in Ukraine .
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, on March 12, the Standard&Poor's international rating agency upgraded ratings of Ukraine on obligations in foreign currency from CCC+/C to B-/C.
