The FINANCIAL -- The Cabinet of Ministers is initiating the privatization of recapitalized banks: Ukrhazbank, Rodovid Bank, and Kyiv bank, Vice Prime Minister for Economy Serhii Tihipko told at an investment conference organized by the Dragon Capital company.
Tihipko noted the necessity to return money, earlier allocated for the recapitalization of the troubled banks, into the state budget.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the 99.97-percent stake in the Rodovid Bank public joint-stock company belongs to the state after the recapitalization.
After the recapitalization, the state became the owner of the 99.93-percent stake in Kyiv bank and the 89.719-percent stake in Ukrhazbank.
