The FINANCIAL -- The United States Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs William J. Burns will pay an official visit to Ukraine on September 8 to 10, Oleh Voloshyn, the director of the ministry's information policy department, has told Ukrainian News.
In his words, in course of a visit of the American delegation heeded by Burns they plan to discuss a wide range of questions of bilateral cooperation in the sphere of international security.
They plan a meeting of the Under Secretary of State with Foreign Affairs Minister Kostiantyn Hryschenko.
Voloshyn notes, the preparing visit testifies to a high level of Ukraine - U.S. relationship and to great prospects of their development.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton came to Ukraine in early July.
President Viktor Yanukovych will visit New York City, United States to take part in a session of the United National General Assembly in late September.
