| Cabinet To Consider On September 2 Draft Law On Local Referendum |

The FINANCIAL -- The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will consider draft law on local referendum at its meeting on September 2.
Ukrainian News learned this from the agenda of the meeting of the government.
Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych will present the draft law at the meeting.
According to the agenda, Transport and Communications Minister Kostiantyn Yefymenko will present a draft law on Air Code.
The Cabinet of Ministers will also consider the order for sale in 2010 of land lots other than farmland at land auctions and amendments to the order of sale of military movables at auctions.
According to the agenda, the Cabinet of Ministers will also consider questions of creation of a steering committee for celebration of 1,000 anniversary of the foundation of the Sofiiskyi Cathedral and a steering committee to mark 50th anniversary of the first flight to space by Yuri Gagarin.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Cabinet of Ministers has postponed its meeting from September 1 until September 2.
