The FINANCIAL -- NYSE Alternext US LLC announced on December 12 its final determination to remove the common stock (“Securities”) of Federal Trust Corp. from listing on the Exchange, and filed an application on Form 25 to strike the Securities from listing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). The delisting will become effective on December 22, 2008, unless postponed by the SEC.

The FINANCIAL -- NYSE Euronext (NYX) this week successfully migrated its European Bond products onto its new Universal Trading Platform, representing the first significant milestone in the platform's roll-out.

The FINANCIAL -- The New York Stock Exchange, a subsidiary of NYSE Euronext (NYX), on December 11 released its weekly program-trading data submitted by its member firms.  The report includes trading in all markets as reported to the NYSE for Dec. 1-5.
