This month, the grilled cheese and tomato sandwich grows up at Seasons Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, where Executive Chef Kevin Hickey shares four unique versions inspired by flavours near and far. From the Caprese, which features a delightful taste of Italy, to the Cheddarhead, which draws on flavours of Wisconsin, there is a sandwich to please most every cheese lover.
The sandwiches can be enjoyed for USD 7.00 each or paired with drinks for USD 12.00 each. The menu is available from August 19 to 31, 2011 and includes:
