Kudos wins £12m deal in Leamington Spa

The FINANCIAL -- The Crown Group's Kudos Cafés business has won a £12m contract with Warwick District Council to deliver food and venue management services at four venues in Royal Leamington Spa, according toCaterer and Hotelkeeper.

The six-year deal sees Kudos provide a new food offer at the Restaurant in the Park, renamed Jephson's Brasserie, and the Aviary Cafe, both located in Jephson Gardens.

Kudos will also operate the nearby Royal Pump Rooms and it has introduced a modern "pod" food outlet at the local Newbold Leisure Centre.

As part of the contract, which has a possible six-year extension option, Kudos Cafés has invested in new kitchen equipment to enable its team to freshly prepare food on site, using local produce where possible.

 

Jephson's Brasserie and the Royal Pump Rooms will be available for exclusive hire for events capable of hosting up to 200 people.
