AiP picks up £340,000, five-year deal at Birchedale Middle School

The FINANCIAL -- Education caterer Alliance in Partnership has been awarded a new five-year contract with a Worcestershire school, according to Caterer and Hotelkeeper.

AiP will deliver school meals to 398 pupils at Birchensale Middle School in Batchley in a deal worth around £340,000.

The school, which has won a number of awards for its focus on sustainability and healthy eating, including Healthy School and Green Flag Eco School status, said that it recognised a complementary ethos in AiP.

The win follows recognition from the Soil Association, which recently awarded AiP the Gold Food for Life Catering Mark for 26 Borough of Kensington and Chelsea contracts.
