Cardiff's Mint and Mustard appoints Pramod Nair as executive chef

The FINANCIAL -- Mint and Mustard, one of Wales's leading Indian restaurants, has appointed Pramod Nair as executive chef, according to Caterer and Hotelkeeper.

Nair, who has worked for Indian restaurants in India, Norway and Iceland, joins the brigade at the Cardiff restaurant, which is one of only three restaurants in Wales with a Michelin Bib Gourmand.

 

Founded in Cardiff in 2007, Mint and Mustard is expanding with the opening of a second restaurant in Taunton, Somerset, next month.
