The FINANCIAL -- To make their time at the Airport easier for passengers who speak neither French nor English, Air France has a team of multilingual agents who speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Tamil, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic, according to Air France.

They provide assistance to 4,700 passengers every day, helping them for example with check-in procedures and with their flight connections.
