The FINANCIAL -- Compass Group has announced the launch of Rapport, a new specialist provider of front- and back-of-house guest services, according to Caterer and Hotelkeeper.
The world's largest contract caterer said its new business division was developed in recognition of the growing demand for a tailored, premium service of this nature.
The company's fully managed offer will include reception, concierge, client meeting rooms, switchboard and other call services, with an ethos based on creating rapport with clients and their guests from the outset.
