According to Caterer and Hotelkeeper, the three chefs will appear at the culinary and front-of-house demonstration theatres at the 2012 PACE Conference and Exhibition, to showcase skills and new ideas for the attending catering and education professionals to take back to the classroom.

Todiwala, executive chef and proprietor of London's Café Spice Namasté, will present a high-end Indian cuisine masterclass, while Johns, head chef of the Wynnstay Hotel, will lead a demonstration on food and wine pairing.

Feeney, culinary director Europe of Griffith Laboratories, will use his session to present authentic American barbecued food using sous-vide.

PACE chief executive Geoff Booth described masterclasses as an important element of the conference and exhibition as they inspired and motivated delegates.
