The FINANCIAL -- According to Georgian news agency "Pirveli", the Labor Party makes plaintiff against the presidency candidate Mikheil Saakashvili.
“All purviews of Georgia` s legislation were breached by Saakashvili” –said Mari Tsutskiridze, Head of Juridical Department of Labor Party.
“Any presidency candidate is forfeited by law in the case of involvement of any head of governmental structures in presidential race, according to election code. But Saakashvili keeps continuance of orders releasing” –Tsutskiridze said. He outlined that “Interim the president Nino Burdjanadze, Tbilisi Mayor Gigi Ugulava , Prime –Minister Lado Gurgenidze and governors try their best for Saakashvili ` s presidential PR”.“As CEC faced no reaction concerning the issue, the Labors made plaintiff to the City Court with the demand of Saakashvili ` s candidateship annulling”.
