The FINANCIAL — Ukraine is making significant progress in its reforms thanks to the support of the Ukraine Reforms Architecture (URA).
The URA programme is a joint European Union-EBRD initiative, funded through the Ukraine-EBRD Stabilisation and Sustainable Growth Multi Donor Account (Multi-Donor Account, MDA), in which the EU is the largest donor.
The MDA was set up at the EBRD in November 2014 to support Ukraine’s efforts to reform its economy, improve its business climate and return to a path of sustainable growth.
Contributors to the fund are Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union, the largest donor.
